The Workforce Development Program Manager supports the Workforce Development team through program development, planned activities and evaluations. This is a new position within a dynamic and growing organization.

• Works with the Workforce Development Director to assist with program development and planning to support MCF’s Workforce Development Program team
• Develops and implement program objectives
• Oversees program implementation and evaluation
• Engages in research on issues related to MCF’s workforce opportunity programs
• Assists with managing program staff, providing work plan and budget support, and ongoing feedback, and ensuring deliverables are being met on a timely basis
• Works with the Workforce Development Program team to develop content for website, social media, materials, and electronic mailers
