​An IW Trailblazers Director will co-facilitate Trailblazer sessions using IW Trailblazers curriculum- leading creative social justice projects. The Trailblazers director is responsible for Managing the day-to-day coordination and management of operational program activities. Monitor, control, and manage program operations to meet school partners and Best Start for Kids expectations goals. The director will be tasked to manage school partnerships. The director will build healthy Building relationships with parents, educators, and community-based organizations in schools. The director will facilitate and lead field trips. The Trailblazers director will mentor youth- supporting students with academic progress. IW Trailblazers director must use effective communication skills to engage students in continuous contact- influencing academic success, personal development, and social justice awareness. IW Trailblazers director is responsible for boosting student morale to help them maintain a strong commitment to successful academic progress and personal development.
