It was my understanding that the companies posting these jobs are willing to hire formerly incarcerated individuals. Is it assumed that the formerly incarcerated individuals received degrees while incarcerated? I was incarcerated and wasn't even allowed to visit the Legal library, but would love to be able to apply for one of these jobs.

Thank you
