We are looking for a dynamic candidate with a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred) and at least two (2) years experience in nonprofit management and program implementation. A demonstrated interest in juvenile justice reform is highly preferred. MCCD is a private not-for-profit organization working to advance policies and practices that reduce confinement and support trauma-informed, racially equitable, socio-economically and culturally responsive, community-based solutions for Michigan’s justice-involved children, youth and young adults.

  • Manage human relations activities for agency.
  • Manage contracts and oversee contractors.
  • Oversee tasks and projects conducted by contractors.
  • Manage the MCCD office.
  • Provide basic financial record-keeping.
  • Coordinate meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the development and execution of MCCD’s annual fundraising plan.
  • Help create grant applications and reports.
  • Manage and maintain the DonorPerfect database and membership communication programs.​
