Facing Addiction with NCADD is a national non-profit organization dedicated to unifying the voices of the more than 45 million Americans and their families directly impacted by addiction by bringing together the best resources in the field in order to reduce the human and social costs of addiction, every year, until this public health crisis is eliminated. We are currently expanding our field team with a new work from home opportunity (no relocation necessary):

The Outreach Organizer will assist and report to the Director of Outreach & Engagement in the conception, execution, and delivery of key organizational programming.

Job responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
  • Working directly with local communities for organizing and training project
  • Assist with the execution of follow-up gatherings post organizing training
  • Coordinate local efforts in targeted communities to ensure that strategies are being utilized
  • Help to troubleshoot challenges faced by local communities
  • Deliver organizing training to communities over time
  • Assist in the execution of grassroots calls to action
  • Work with and develop relationships with local partnering organizations around the country
  • Other responsibilities, including administrative duties, as they arise
