  • Reconcile expense reports and company credit credits for the VP and Directors.  Ensure expenses are compiled in a timely matter and turned in to Accounting by the due date.
  • Assist with presentations and types reports, memos, letters and other documents using word relevant computer software.
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions and reports to determine their significance and plan their distributions.​

​The IPNW Paralegal/Project Coordinator position requires specialized knowledge of legal assistance, court rules and practices, document preparation and case management. The Paralegal/Project Coordinator’s primary responsibility is to ensure efficient coordination of IPNW’s case intake, investigation and litigation efforts. IPNW provides pro bono legal services to indigent Washington prisoners serving long prison terms, who claim their innocence, and who no longer have a right to court-appointed counsel. IPNW receives approximately 500 requests for assistance each year. The position will support program objectives by working directly with IPNW staff, faculty and students on cases and special projects; interfacing with clients, community agencies and partners; and serving the community by improving the truth-seeking mission of Washington’s criminal justice system.

​The Reentry Navigator facilitate The IF Project programs within facilities and in community settings, and work with program participants to develop and implement treatment plans that will service and support their transition back into the community, provide supported referrals to address participants' needs, and to assist program participant to obtain their identified goals.

The Reentry Navigator will serve as a resource and point of contact to support cross-agency release/reentry planning and critical transitional services for program participants (formerly justice involved women). This position will assess, update, and maintain the availability of community resources and linkages to support reentry needs of the formerly justice involved women that may include mental and physical health, chemical dependency, employment/education/training, housing, transportation, and, other needs as identified in the individual's transition plan.

As a part of providing competent service to clients, the Reentry Navigator will be responsible for knowledge and development of relationships with partner organizations, local law enforcement, parole and probations officers, and court officers.
