​College & Community Fellowship enables women with criminal convictions to earn their college degrees so that they, their families, and their communities can thrive. We advocate for equity and opportunity for the communities we serve. The Career Advancement Program (CAP) is modeled after CCF’s Academic Support Program (ASP). CAP utilizes individualized high-touch approach combined with a community building component, two key features that have made students in ASP highly successful in achieving their college degree. In addition, all CAP participants, Career Fellows, are either college bound or have earned a college degree.
